A seemingly complicated loaf of bread with the simplest ingredient: flour, salt, and water (and natural yeast or instant yeast of your choice). This yields a symphony of crust on the outside, and pillowy crumb.

Lets begin! Keep in mind, I live in a subtropial area, so creating a sourdough takes a much shorter time due to humidy, not to mention the sweat to 'till you drop heat. Good news, it's absolutely doable.
